How does JustBookIt work?
When you book your flight as usual, simply provide us with your flight details and we begin monitoring the fare continuously; if a qualifying price drop occurs, we contact the airline to secure a flight credit for you, and you only pay 25% of the credited amount once your savings are confirmed—allowing you to focus on your vacation while we ensure you always get the best fare available.
Why a flight credit and not a refund?
Because airline policies often restrict refunds, we typically work to secure a flight credit whenever possible. However, if your ticket qualifies for a refund, we always prioritize obtaining that refund. In such cases, our fee of 25% is deducted from the refund amount—not from the flight credit—ensuring you receive the maximum benefit available under the airline’s policy.
What information does JustBookIt need?
We require your flight booking details—including the airline and booking confirmation code—as well as your personal contact information such as your name, email address, date of birth, and Venmo username; this data lets us verify your booking and continuously monitor your fare so we can secure a flight credit on your behalf.
How do you handle my personal information?
We take your privacy very seriously. The details you provide are used solely to verify your booking and monitor your flight’s fare so we can secure any eligible credit on your behalf. Your data is never shared with third parties or used for marketing—ensuring you can enjoy our service with complete peace of mind.
What airlines do you support?
Our service is currently in beta, and we're actively testing our system across a wide range of airlines. At this stage, we don’t impose any hard limitations—we’re working with major carriers as well as regional ones to ensure a broad coverage. As we refine our integrations based on real-world feedback, we’ll update our support list accordingly.
When do I pay?
You only pay if we successfully secure a flight credit for you. Our fee is 25% of the credit value, charged through Venmo after we confirm the credit with the airline.
How will I know if you find a credit?
We'll notify you via email as soon as we secure a flight credit. The email will include the credit amount and details about our service fee.
What happens after I submit my flight details?
After submission, we continuously monitor your flight's price. If we find a qualifying price drop, we'll handle all communication with the airline to secure your credit. You'll receive email updates about any flight credits received.
How long does it take to get the credit?
The timeline varies by airline, but typically within 5-10 business days from when we identify a price drop to when the airline confirms the credit.
